This is a summation of the agreement between JACS Mechanical Services and the home warranty companies that issued the warranty call.
It is the policy of your home warranty company that all deductibles be collected from the customer after conducting inspection.
Please understand that our position regarding this claim is to evaluate whether the unit(s) is entitled for warranty repair / replacement. Replacements are very rare, these are worst case situation, and most units are repairable. In those case you are allowed to take a Cash out which can be put toward a new high end unit.
The policy purchased is for repair/replacement of specified appliances as stated in the purchased policy. JACS Mechanical Serviceswill inspect the claimed item, and then submit the information to the proper home warranty company for a decision. If JACS determines that the item has extensive damage, then the home warranty company may request a second opinion from another Mechanical contractor.
Once approval has been granted, an additional amount of time might be required to have the necessary parts shipped for the repairable-replaceable item.
